1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time (Lead Time)

 

  • Children's Bed Orders: The estimated processing and manufacturing time for our Children's Beds is 30 to 45 calendar days from the date your order is placed.

    • This time is the window required for building, quality checking, and preparing your furniture for shipment.

    • We will notify you immediately if your specific item is currently in stock and can ship sooner.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet this timeline, unforeseen delays in manufacturing or quality control can occur. In the event of a significant delay (more than 5 business days beyond the 45-day window), we will notify you immediately via email with an updated timeline.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours after purchase.
  • After 12 hours, your order will be processed, and changes cannot be made.
